TVEZ PLAYER
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Media player software
TVEZ Player is media player software. It does not provide, host, sell, or distribute TV channels, movies, series, playlists, EPG data, subscriptions, or other media content.
2. User-provided sources
Users must provide their own content sources. By using TVEZ Player, users confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to access and use all content and services connected to the app.
3. Prohibited use
TVEZ Player must not be used to access, reproduce, distribute, or facilitate access to content in violation of copyright, licensing terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
4. Device Trial
The Device Trial is available only once per device. The app derives a stable device identifier, and the TVEZ Player server associates it with a Trial ID. The same device is recognized if TVEZ Player is installed or opened again.
When the Device Trial expires, it cannot be restarted on that device. Attempting to reset, alter, or bypass the trial-identification system may result in trial or account access being denied.
5. Account Trial and Trial ID transfer
A user may create an account on the TVEZ Player website and sign in to the app to use the Account Trial, subject to the eligibility displayed at registration.
The Trial ID shown in the app may be used during account creation to transfer eligible trial profiles and settings to the registered account. The transfer option is intended to provide a smoother transition and avoid entering the same setup again.
6. Accounts and email activation
An account requires a valid email address. TVEZ Player may send an activation link before the account can be used. Users are responsible for protecting their password, account access, profile PINs, and signed-in devices.
7. Profiles and parental controls
Profiles are optional. When enabled, one profile is designated as the Master profile and may manage app settings and other profiles.
A Child profile is a restricted profile type created by the account holder. It is not a separate child account. Its age setting may limit content when usable rating information is supplied by the source or EPG, and it cannot modify app settings.
Content filtering depends on source and EPG metadata. TVEZ Player cannot guarantee that every program is rated or classified correctly. The account holder remains responsible for reviewing the available content and profile configuration.
8. Membership plans and device limits
Individual and Household memberships have different active-device limits as displayed on the website and during checkout. All use is subject to the active membership, profile limits, and device limits associated with the purchased plan.
The same profile may be used on more than one signed-in device, within the account's active-device limit. Profile activity and settings may be updated periodically across devices.
9. Upgrades and downgrades
An upgrade from Individual to Household takes effect after the membership update is processed. The user may need to sign out and sign in again, or allow up to five minutes for devices to receive the updated membership status.
A change from Household to Individual applies to the next purchased membership period unless the member portal states otherwise.
10. Payments and renewal
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Prices, currency, taxes, and the final checkout total are displayed before payment.
Memberships do not renew automatically. The user must choose and pay for each new membership period.
11. Refund requests
Refund requests must be submitted through the support-ticket portal in the member account. Requests are reviewed based on the purchase details, use of the service, and applicable requirements. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
TVEZ Player provides Device and Account Trial periods so users can test features, sources, playback, and device compatibility before purchasing a membership.
12. Source and device compatibility
TVEZ Player supports a wide range of devices and stream formats, but performance depends on device hardware, hardware decoding, network conditions, source-provider limits, stream format, resolution, EPG size, and the number of simultaneous streams.
TVEZ Player does not guarantee that every source, stream, caption format, device, or multiview combination will work without delay, buffering, interruption, or compatibility limitations.
13. Third-party services
TVEZ Player does not control third-party content sources, providers, payment processors, app stores, networks, or devices. Users are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to those services.
14. Account deletion
Account holders may permanently delete their account from the Membership page. Limited records may still be retained where required for accounting, payment disputes, security, fraud prevention, or enforcement of the one-trial-per-device rule, as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Service changes
TVEZ Player may update features, supported platforms, plan details, and these Terms as the service changes. The current Terms will be published on this page.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@tvezplayer.com. Members should use the support-ticket portal for technical support or refund requests.
